These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Mansah.ai platform and services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By registering for or using Mansah.ai, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with them. If you are using the platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
Mansah.ai provides an AI-powered sales automation platform that helps social commerce sellers manage customer conversations, process orders, and accept payments across WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, and other channels. The platform includes a merchant dashboard, AI agent configuration tools, and integrations with third-party payment and delivery providers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
Mansah.ai is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly cycle via Paystack. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.
During your free trial period, you have access to platform features at no charge. We may terminate or modify the trial at any time.
Mansah.ai and its underlying technology, branding, and content are owned by Xtream Innovations Ltd. You retain ownership of your business data, product catalog, and customer conversations. You grant us a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the service.
The platform integrates with third-party services (Paystack, WhatsApp Business API, Meta, TikTok, delivery providers). Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services.
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated responses will be accurate at all times. You are responsible for reviewing AI-handled conversations and ensuring compliance with your customers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xtream Innovations Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost profits, lost sales, or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your access will cease and your data will be deleted within 90 days per our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or platform notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
